Jennifer Anne Logan

Jennifer, 36, of Denver, Colorado passed May 1, 2014. She is survived by her parents, Bob & Fran Hoffman; son, Austin Jacob Logan; brother, Mike (Risa) Hoffman; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jennifer spent her free time creating scrapbook pages and volunteering at a dog rescue organization. The family will receive friends during visitation on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, from 5-7 PM with Funeral Services honoring Jennifer on Thursday, May 8, 2014, 10 AM, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, in Lakewood, Colorado.
