Jeffrey William Foss

March 20, 1971 – July 11, 2026

Jeff Foss went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 11, passing suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 55. A devoted husband, father, son, and friend, Jeff lived a life marked by generosity, humility, and steadfast faith.

Born in Galesburg, Illinois, Jeff moved to Colorado at age two and grew up in Boulder. His education and career took him from Colorado to Chicago and back again, earning degrees from Knox College, DePaul University, and the Keller School of Management. Jeff worked in family businesses, developed expertise in accounting software, and ultimately served as CFO of Suavecito Tequila alongside his father.

Jeff’s greatest calling was his family. He leaves his wife, Wendy (Starkey) Foss; his children Daric Foss, Alyvia Foss, and Lexus (Limmer) Reynolds (Austin); his mother, Sue (Schlaufman) Deans (Richard Polk); his father, Bill Foss (Bea Cunningham Foss) and many relatives and friends who will carry his memory forward with love.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and we rejoice knowing he is reunited with them in God’s presence.

Jeff was cremated, and his family takes comfort knowing his spirit is with the Lord.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Jeff’s life on Thursday, August 6, with a service at 1:15 p.m. at Storyline Church, 14605 W. 64th Ave., Arvada, followed by a reception at 3:00 p.m. at Ralston Crossing, 7400 Indiana St. #7126, Arvada.

Casual attire is encouraged. Jeff was happiest in cargo shorts, birkenstocks and surrounded by the people he loved. Feel free to wear comfortable clothes and don’t be afraid of color, just as he wouldn’t have been.
