Jean (Smagacz) Shaffer, R.N., 58, of Wheat Ridge, died May 17, 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Nellianna (Brent) Edelen; mother-in-law, Alma Shaffer; and nine siblings. Her husband, Michael, preceded her in death. Visitation, Wednesday, 6:30-7pm, Rosary, 7pm, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel. Memorial Mass, Thursday, Noon, Sts.
