Jay M. Johnson
Jay M. Johnson, 78, passed away on August 28th after a brief stay in hospice care. He is survived by Cynthia, his wife of 57 years, his daughter Melissa, and his brother-in-law Daniel. Jay will be remembered for his easy going personality and his ever-present smile.
Memorial services will take place at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 8545 E. Dry Creek Road, Centennial, CO on Monday, September 30, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
