Jason Matthew Melfi

41, passed away on October 22, 2011. Jason is survived by his mother, Lynda Duke; father, Ralph (Barb) Melfi; grandfather, Vernon Duke; one great-aunt; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (one block west of Holly Street) in Centennial, Colorado. An Entombment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made in Jason's name to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
