Jason Lee Gurule.
Jason was born on June 8, 1973, and passed away on January 12, 2021. Jason is a father of four, Kierstin, Gage, Mikayla and Jay; grandfather to Ezra, son to Linda; brother to five Jodean, Beanie, Alexandra, Richard and Michael. Jason always loved being surrounded with friends and family. Jason loved everyone no matter what happened or what came his way. He always wanted to make sure that everyone was together often. Jason had many friends, he always found a way to impact everyone's lives. Jason naturally had a caring bone in his body, because no matter what your past was or where you were heading he wanted to make sure that they were smiling and trying their best. Jason was the person anyone would turn to for a smile and advise. Even if he had cents to his name, he wouldn't think twice to give it to someone he thought needed it more. Jason is the true definition of joy, The great thing is, that he has changed and impacted many lives. He has done many things that marked people he came in contact with; like taking people in, getting them back on their feet and being a leaning shoulder for them.
Jason was many things, and he wasn’t afraid to show everyone who he was. Jason was imaginative, artistic, musical and vocal. Jason loved live music, he would try to get every chance he could to play the guitar for someone and even share music that had meaning to him. Jason also loved to draw, he would doodle on anything that he came in contact with. He even tattooed his family and friends, whenever he would show his work to someone a huge smile was across his face in excitement and pride.
Jason is truly one of a kind. We all feel blessed to know Jason, even if it wasn’t as long as everyone hoped. Jason will live on with all of us every day. Jason will rest easy and in peace. He fought many demons in his life and one thing for sure is that God will protect him now. God will make sure that he knows that everyone loves him, and we all will be with him one day.
