Survived by daughter Veronica (Dustin) Starkey; grandchildren Blake Whittington, Dominick Starkey; step-daughter Lyndse (Brady) Woerner and children; sisters Barb (Mike) Idstein, Bonnie Wilcox; brothers Steve (Donna) McGriff, James (Esther) McGriff; mother-in-law Rita Fling; sisters-in-law, brother-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends. Preceded in death by husband Mike Fling; parents Bert & Shirley McGriff; sister Carole McGriff; brother-in-law Tony Wilcox. She had joy in her heart, a smile on her face and would light up any room. Janet enjoyed singing, dancing, kisses and hugs, playing games. Memorial Service and Celebration of Life,  Wednesday, August 19, 2020, 3:00 pm, Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, CO. Interment at Calvary Cemetery in West Chicago, IL at a later date.
