Jane Lee Daume, 84, of Lone Tree, Colorado passed away July 31, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife to Jim; mother to Laura (Bob) and Julie (Lou); grandmother to Rachel, Adam, and Troy; great-grandmother to Hendrix. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jane's name to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org or to the charity of your choice. Please share memories of Jane and condolences with her family by signing the guest book below.
