Jane Kilberg Basten age 94, passed away peacefully on May 28th, 2026, in Parker, Colorado surrounded by family. She was born on March 26th, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois. She married Richard Joseph Basten August 16, 1952 and shared a beautiful marriage of sixty-five years. Dick and Jane raised their family in Lisle, Illinois until 1980, when they moved to Colorado.

Jane is survived by her loving children, Pamela (Robert) Gray of Aurora, CO, Richard Basten Jr of Aurora IL, and Betsy (Paul) Spokas of Burbank, SD, six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Richard; her son, Barry(the late Karen) and daughter-in-law, Nancy. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
