James S. Fox, age 93, died on May 31, 2024. Jim was a graduate of East High School in Denver, Colorado. After high school, he joined the Navy and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from University of Denver. As a proud alum, Jim supported DU hockey and other sports throughout his life. He was a member of the National Association of Home Builders and affiliated with several banking institutions over the years. Jim enjoyed the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and skiing and was an avid golfer. He was a loyal fan of the CU Buffalo football team owning season tickets for many years. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and wife, Bernice. He is survived by his children, Gary Fox (Becky), Dennis Fox (Stella), and Nancy Feiler (Karl), as well as grandchildren, Cameron Fox (Lauren), Megan Fox, Debonney Fox, Trey Fox, Scott Feiler, Jennifer Feiler, and Cory Feiler (Miranda). Graveside funeral services will take place at the Fort Lupton Hillside Cemetery on June 17, 2024, at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim’s memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
