Survivors include his partner of 40 years, Richard A. Vitamvas; Children, Daniel Joseph Bush and Kristina Leslie Steib both of Florida; brother Robert L. Bush of Littleton, CO and four grandchildren, Kaia Bush, Lily Bush, Carter Bush and Adriana Bush. Preceded in death by his sister Barbara A. Roche.
