Jacqueline Rae Hundley, beloved daughter and sister, was called home to be with her Lord on July 29th, 2026 in Thornton, Colorado. She was 44 years old. Jacqueline was born on December 3rd,1981 in Smithtown, New York, to Danny and Patricia (Weiners) Hundley.
In 1986, the family relocated to Colorado where Jacqueline excelled throughout her academic career. An avid reader, she read well above the standard level from a very early age. While in middle school, Jacqueline was identified to possess a Genius IQ and went on to graduate from Horizon High School in 2000 as a Valedictorian, Class President and voted “Most Likely to Succeed". Upon graduation, she attended Tulane University in New Orleans, where she studied at the A.B. Freeman Business School, with a dual major in Accounting and Business Law. Returning to Colorado after graduation to be close to her family, she pursued a career in accounting, specializing in Sales and Use Tax.
A kind and generous soul, Jacqueline volunteered as a Team Manager for her brother Charles’ competitive hockey team for several years, always making sure that every child that wanted to play would have the opportunity. If she became aware of a family struggling with tuition, she would pay it herself quietly, never seeking any recognition in return.
Jacqueline adored her brother Charles, and spent a lot of time with him, his dog Maverick, and her own dog Max, whom she spoiled rotten. She also loved her parent’s dog, Maggie, whom she often referred to as that “bad little girl”.
Jacqueline was a devout Christian and a very strong woman of God. It was her faith in Christ that strengthened her daily. Her love and kindness for others were an attribute that everyone noticed. She had a great sense of humor and wit about her, along with a contagious laugh and smile that would light up a room.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother Patricia, father Danny, brother Charles, Grandmother Loretta Weiners, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
