Jackson Lane

Jackson Matthew Lane earned his angel wings on March 6, 2023 at the age of 32, suddenly and unexpectedly. His sudden departure has left us all in shock and heartbreak. No words can express the depth of sadness and grief we are enduring at this time.

Jackson was born April 8, 1990 in Aurora, Colorado to Jonathan and Donna Lane. He graduated from Smoky Hill High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Goucher College. Jackson was an exceptional athlete, excelling at lacrosse in both high school and college. He was a two-time NCAA Division III lacrosse tournament participant. Jackson was also an outstanding golfer. He worked and played at various golf courses in Colorado. Most recently, he was an assistant grounds keeper at Colorado Golf Club.

Jackson was known for his sense of humor, kindness, artistic skills and his heart of gold. He was an amazing son, brother, grandchild, nephew, cousin, friend, teammate and neighbor. The world will not be the same without him.

Jackson is survived by his parents, Jonathan and Donna; his brother, Joel and grand parents, Bud and Roberta Lane.

Jackson is preceded in passing by his grand parents, Jack and Evelyn Wyatt.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Jackson’s honor on Saturday April 8, 2023 at 12pm; Horan and McConaty 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave. Aurora CO 80014. There will be a light reception to follow.
