Jack E. Hoff

Jack passed away on November 25, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Pat; 4 daughters; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2015, 6-7pm, at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 W. 80th Ave., Arvada. A Funeral Mass will be Monday, December 7, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 9371 Wigham St., Denver. Burial at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, will immediately follow the Funeral Mass. Reception to follow the Interment at the Horan & McConaty Reception Center, 9998 Grant St., Thornton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Tru Community Hospice, 1855 Plaza Dr., Louisville, CO 80027.
