Passed away January 11, 2010. Survived by Mary Ann Hart, children Mark, Paula and Mary Beth. Memorial Mass, Friday, January 15, 11AM, St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 2375 E. Arizona Ave. He was a loving man and father and will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's name to Parkinson Association of the Rockies, 1325 S. Colorado Blvd., Suite 204-B Denver, CO 80222 or VistaCare Hospice Denver, 1355 S. Colorado Blvd., Suite C120, Denver, CO 80222.
