Ina Mae Grills

Our dear mother Ina Grills sadly passed away on August 16th, 2023, at the age of 87 in an assistant memory care facility.

She was born in Daisy Oklahoma in 1936 as a sharecroppers’ daughter. She grew up very poor but was still able to graduate High School.

After High School Ina decided there must be something better than her life in Oklahoma so she moved to Colorado, where she met her future partner Ralph Grills Jr.  at a New Years Eve party. They married on May 2, 1957 and went on to live a life that most people dream of, including having four children, Ralph III, Cindy, Rebeca, and Victoria.

Ina was a great mother, working tirelessly to build a home and environment that were safe and loving for her family. She was deeply proud of her work with the family foundation and often spent time with her children. 

Outside of the Family Foundation and family, Ina was passionate about her flowers. She would work several hours a day caring for her flowers. She had a green thumb and could grow almost any type of flower imaginable,

If you were lucky enough to know her, you’ve probably experienced her positive attitude and friendly smile.  Ina was predeceased by Her parents Ben & Sarah, Her husband Ralph Jr. her 3 siblings Jim, Joe and Mary her daughter Rebecca. She was survived by her Children Ralph III, Cindy, and Victoria her 5 Grand Children Aleasha, Alex, Sarah, Kimberly, and Stephanie her 2 Great Grand Daughters Ella & Poppy and other surviving family members will keep her in their memories.
