Henry ""Hank"" David Herlocker

Henry ""Hank"" David Herlocker, 1931-2014 Henry ""Hank"" David Herlocker was born in 1931 in Denver to Donasana ""Dona"" Survey and Henry Howell Herlocker and had an older sister, Lola. He grew up between Denver and California, and attended Ebert Middle School and Manual High School. He married Irene Whatley at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Denver in 1949. Together, they had seven children: Kathleen, Gail, Mark, Pamela, Melissa, Lynn and Michele whom they raised in Northwest Denver. Hank worked as a postman with the U.S. Postal Service for 30 years, retiring in 1991. He and his wife Irene were married for 65 years, and lived in their home on Inspiration Point for more than 30 years. He had 13 grandchildren (Jason, Adam, Josh, Matthew, Sabrina, Derek, Ryan, Renee, Brandon, Vestina, Alicia, Aaron and Marcus) and 12 great-grandchildren (Madison, Colton, Sophia, Violet, Henry, Sebastian, Adriana, Camden, Ashton, Talan, Ayla and Livia). Hank died on Oct. 18, 2014. A Catholic Mass will be held 10:30 AM, Monday, October 27, 2014 at St. Dominic's Catholic Church in Denver.
