Helen Suk Kim

Helen Kim age 68, passed peacefully in her home in Aurora, Colorado, on February 16, 2024. She was a graduate of Duksung High School. Mrs. Kim immigrated to the United States of America at the age of 34 in 1989. At the age of 40, she met and married Yong Hoe Kim. She had worked over 30 years to include both part time coming to the states and eventually as a business owner.  

Helen was an artistic person and would often draw/paint or knit in her free time. She is survived by her husband, Yong Hoe Kim, her four other siblings, Lee Chong Soo, Lee Chong Sook, Lee Jin Sook, Lee Chong Won, and her youngest son, Christopher Kim, with the hopefully the addition of grandchildren in the future. 

All services will be held at our location located at 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora, 80014.

A visitation will be held Friday evening, February 23, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. A Funeral Service will take place the following day, February 24, beginning at 12:30pm, with visitation prior to the service at 11:00am.  The cremation following services will be private for immediate family.

Following services, all are welcome to join the family for dinner at Deoul BBQ, which will be served at 2:30 p.m. Flowers can be sent to Horan & McConaty at 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave, Aurora, Colorado 80014.
