Helen (Berry) Carroum

Helen (Berry) Carroum fell asleep in death at age 97 on June 29, 2024 in Denver, Colorado. She was born in Oklahoma on October 28, 1926 to Julian Francis Berry and Nora Moody Berry.

She is survived by three children: Roger (Patti) Carroum, Bruce (Carrie) Carroum, and Nancy Carroum; six grandchildren: David (Crystal) Carroum, Jr., Benjamin Carroum, Elizabeth (Jay) Foreman, Parker (Natalie) Carroum, Brooke Avritt, and Courtney (Joel) Avritt-Smith; as well as 8 great-grandchildren: Grace, Evelyn, Nick, Haley, Alex, Kendall, Collins and Caroline.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Jefferson H. Carroum, by her sons David and Frank Carroum, and by her brother Frank Berry and her sister Shirley Jean Berry.

Burial will be with her husband in Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola,Florida.
