Hazel E. Perry

Hazel, 97, of Arvada, Colorado passed away on February 21, 2018. She is survived by her sons, Roger (Kristi) and Ronald; grandchildren, Mike, Melanie, Sherri, Matthew II and Rachel; great grandchildren, Max and Julia; and sisters, Mildred & Marie. Hazel is also survived by Mazie and Lisa. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Matthew; siblings, Velma, Chester ""Bill"", Joe, Herb, Helen & Melvin. Hazel is a former ReMax Real Estate Agent. She enjoyed bowling up to 92 years old! Visitation will be Friday, March 2, 2018 from 5-7pm. Funeral Service will be Saturday, Match 3, 2018 at 2pm.
