Hannah Johnson

Hannah Nicole Johnson, age 28, died peacefully at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, on May 25, 2023. Hannah was a graduate of Chatfield High School and was pursuing a degree to become a physical therapist.

Hannah was a wildly talented painter. She enjoyed anything involving art, music or nature - she especially loved sunflowers.

Hannah was a loyal & loving wife, daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin & friend.

Hannah is survived by her husband, Robert, her mother, Linda, her brother, Ben, her grandmother, Jeanette, & several aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.

Hannah is preceded in death by her father, Gary & her dog, Charlie.

Funeral services will take place at Horan & McConaty in Lakewood, CO, on Saturday, June 17th at 1pm.

There will be a reception to follow at Platte River Bar & Grill in Littleton, CO at 3pm.
