Hannah Rose Cook

Hannah, 18, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011. She left us too soon, but is now at peace. Beloved daughter of Randy and Debbie Cook; sister of Alex; granddaughter of Bob and Marge Cook. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins here and in England; and her kitties Nova and Keiko.

A Memorial Service will be Sunday, July 17, 2011, 3:00 P.M. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado 80122. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Hannah’s name to The Jason Foundation at www.jasonfoundation.com.
