Gregory Allen Gibson

Gregory Allen Gibson, 78, of Morrison, Colorado passed away on June 18, 2025. He was born in Wichita, Kansas on January 19, 1947 and raised in Kansas and Missouri. Greg was a U.S. Army Veteran and spent his career as a custom window designer. He moved to Colorado after he married his wife, Teresa, and he designed and built the house where they raised their family in the foothills outside of Denver. Greg loved playing tennis, listening to music, taking photos, and driving his Corvette.

Greg was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Irene Lottie Cowan; mother, Norma Cowan Gibson; uncle, Delos “Jack” Cowan and aunts, Frieda Winger, Caroline Smith, Lorrene Taylor, and their families. Greg is survived by his wife, Teresa Gibson; sister Barbara Bowes, her four sons and their families; his Cowan cousins; daughter, Genevieve Gibson and husband, James McDermott; son, James Gibson and wife, Kerstin Gibson; grandchildren, Evan and Bryn McDermott and Lilah, Sarina, and Bianca Gibson; many Howard brothers-in law, sisters-in law, nieces, nephews and their families.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 10:30 am, with Army Honors at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver. A Celebration of Life will follow at 12:00PM at Hudson Gardens Event Center, 6115 S Santa Fe Dr, Littleton, Colorado.
