Glen Jacobs

Glen will be missed for his humor and love of family.  He loved bowling, singing with his mother as she played the accordion in children’s church and later on at a senior center his parents went to.  He enjoyed going out to eat with his brother, Don and sister in-law, Teresa on occasion.  Lived for Christmas time with the family and getting dressed for different holidays.  After losing his mother in 1998, he joined Denver Options Program for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.  Denver Options later became Mosaic and he remained in a host home, under their care, until he passed away.

Glen was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Eileen Jacobs.  He is survived by his brother, Donald (wife Teresa) and sister Faith Knight (husband Paul), two nephews and two nieces.

Respects can be made during a Memorial Service at 10:30am on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Horan & McConaty, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado.  A Reception follows after the Memorial Service.  Burial services will be private for immediate family at a later date.
