It is with deep sorrow and grieving hearts that we announce the death of Gerald Walter Fredrick of Westminster, Colorado, born in Milwaukee Wisconsin, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to grieve and mourn his loving family and friends. Jerry was raised on a dairy farm in Helenville Wisconsin, and he graduated from Jefferson High School in Jefferson WI. He loved all sports and was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, a founding member o the Colorado Rockies, and enjoyed the Colorado Avalanche games, He often went to stock car races and followed the Indy racers. He loved to ski, play tennis, bike ride, garden, and travel. He played golf as well. He loved time with his children and grandchildren. Even after his injury in 2008 he lived with his wife Linda and they traveled to sporting events, concerts, and family gatherings. He loved to cook and BBQ was his specialty. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Walter and Rose Fredrick (Struhar); Daughter Tracey Marie Frazier; Siblings Donald Fredrick (Verne), and In-Laws Albert and Patricia Maise. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda Fredrick (Maise); children, Kathleen Ann Fodge (Robert), Jeffery J (Bethany) Fredrick; grandchildren, Krista L. Howard (Dave Martinez), Ronald W. (Staci) Johnson, Nathan Navarro, Cole Fredrick, Zachary Fredrick, Ryan Fredrick, Sara Fodge; great-grandchildren, Arrya & Leksi Chapa, Maverick Martinez, Evan & Everlyss Johnson; & his brother Allen Fredrick (Carlos). He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass will he held at Spirit of Christ Catholic Church in the Chapel, 7400 W. 80th Ave. Arvada CO on October 4, 2022 at 11:00am. A Lunch will be served immediately following the services in the Parish Center. Proceeding at 1:15 to Fort Logan National Cemetery for a Military Interment Service at 2:15pm, 4400 W. Kenyon Ave, Center CO 80236, staging area C.
