George B. Armbruster made his transition on May 1, 2025. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Georgia, his daughter Anjal, his sons Andrew and Antony, granddaughters Giavonna and Ashiya, his sister Peggy and his brother John.
George was born in Cleveland, Ohio and relocated to Denver, Colorado in 1974. He worked at Eaton Metal in Denver, Colorado for 36 years in the Engineering Department.
He was an avid golfer, high school and recreational girls softball umpire and all around Colorado sports team fan, especially the Broncos! He was a member of the Lucketta Legends senior softball team. George also enjoyed his Monday night poker games with his friends. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps, Semper Fi!
George B. Armbruster was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and all around great guy and everyone who knew him loved him. He will be missed by all of us who knew him and he will never be forgotten.
Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 29, 2025, 12pm, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewo
Committal will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery before the service at 10am, Staging Area C. All are welcome to attend the committal.
