Gary A. Strole

August 27, 1953 — March 18, 2024

Denver, CO

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Strole, 70, on March 18, 2024, after a long illness. He was born on August 27, 1953 in Denver, Colorado to William and Ruth Strole (Reese). He graduated from Adams City High School and began a career at the King Soopers in Commerce City, Colorado from which he retired almost 30 years later. 

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. 

He is survivied by his daughter Julie Smith and two grandchildren, Garret Smith and Cassidy Smith, and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his brother, Kelly (Andrea) Strole, sisters Billie Sue Willoughby, Sandy Black, Sharen Swayze, Mikel (Don) Vandello and Tracy DeMoss. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, brothers Mark Strole, Billie Strole and Scott Strole.
