Frederick Beam

Frederick March Beam, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and uncle passed away on January 13th at his home in Mesquite NV.

Fred, born May 16th 1935 in Corning NY, is survived by his current wife Cindy; and his children from his first marriage Kathy, Linda (Bill) and Jim; grandchildren Rachel, Zach (Maggie), Sarah; great grand baby Lucy; sister Barbara and many loved nieces and nephews.

Fred is preceded in death by his son Fred, brothers Ernie and Doug and sister Doris.

Fred served in the US Navy and attended the University of Colorado in Boulder in his early years.

He had a long and rewarding career as a general manager in resort and hospitality management, then as an executive in recreational and commercial land development and later as owner and sales manager in the Denver area wholesale plumbing industry.

He shared his love of the outdoors including, skiing, fishing and running numerous marathons with Cindy, his children and grandchildren.

There will be a reception after the Burial all are welcome.
