Frank F. Lilly, 80 of Westminster is Preceded in death by his wife Marie E. Lilly; Father of Frank T. Lilly, Marsha (Ed) Ott and Melanie (Jefferson) Gilmore. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. The Visitation is Tuesday 2PM – 6PM. Funeral Mass Wednesday, 11AM, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Blvd.; Entombment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. He is the Grandfather of Stephanie, Tiffany, Brian, Paul, Corey, Kristian, Ian, Tammi and Angela. He is the Great Grandfather of Caden, Dominick, Dane and Austin.
