Farine I. Buell

Farine Inez Buell, 96, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018 in Arvada, Colorado. She was born May 31, 1922 in Medicine Lodge, Kansas to Franklin James and Cora (Bragg) Warren. She married Joseph John Rigg in 1943 and he preceded her in death in 1946. On July 4, 1952, she married H. Dean Buell in Pratt, Kansas. He preceded her in death on September 12, 1994.

Farine worked at Boeing during WWII delivering plans and then was a homemaker. She was a member of First Christian Church in Medicine Lodge and later Arvada United Methodist Church, Lorraine Chapter of Order of The Eastern Star, and a mother advisor for Order of the Rainbow Girls.

She is survived by children, Dean O'Brien (Lynn) Buell of Loveland, Colorado, Joseph John (Paulette) Rigg of Arvada, Colorado, Barbara (Frank) Buell Paige of Westminster, Colorado, Susan Buell Jones of Springfield, Missouri and David Ray (Debra) Buell of Westminster, Colorado; brother, Farel J. Warren of Wichita, Kansas; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren with another on the way; and 2 great great grandchildren. Farine was preceded in death by her husbands, Joe Rigg and Dean Buell; parents; son in-law, William Jones; brother, Frank Warren; and sisters, Fay Harper and Faribe Henry.

Friends may sign the book Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt, Kansas. Graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Highland Cemetery in Medicine Lodge, Kansas with Pastor Tom Walters presiding.

An open house will be held in her honor at her home on November 7, 2018 at 5pm.
