Emil ""Chic"" Karol-Chik, 87, of Aurora. One of nine children born to John and Mary. Preceded in death by his wife Betty Marie Ann. Father of Merry Lynn (Bob) Fuerst, Barry (Patty) Karol-Chik, James (Shellie) Karol-Chik, John Venerable & Kasey Karol-Chik. Grandfather of 16 & great-grandfather of 7. Brother of George, Mary, Jack, Steve, Joe, Helen, Mike & Katherine. Emil was a Veteran of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Burial Friday, March 5, 2010 at One-fifteen in the Afternoon, Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Denver, Colorado, Staging Area ""C"". Donations may be made in Emil's name to the American Heart Association.
