Ellen Gloria Levine-Jones

Ellen Levine- Jones was born in New York City, New York on August 26, 1941. Her mother, Evelyn, father, Benjamin, and sister, Barbara moved to Dillon, Colorado during her teen years. Later she moved to west Denver and attended North High School. She loved to play the piano. She was passionate about Rock-n-roll Music and Elvis Presley. Over the years she became an avid Bronco Fan. She enjoyed watching the games and supporting the Bronco Players. Before her health diminished, she would go to all pre-season, season, and post-season Bronco games as well as the first two Super Bowl games that the Broncos won. The players called her ""Bronco Betty"".

She studied computer technology. For many years she worked as a bookkeeper and then worked for the Water Quality Division for the State of Colorado for 20 years.

Ellen enjoyed getting together with her family where she had 6 grand- children, Aaron, Benjamin, Brandon, Cameron, Kyle, and Shaina as well as 4 great-grandchildren, Elijah, Isaiah, Rian, and Rosie who all loved her very much. She also enjoyed going to family functions such as birthday parties and family gatherings.

She was a very special mother to her two daughters Frankie and Randi. She enjoyed reading us stories when we were little and encouraged us to be passionate about our extra -curricular activities. She always knew how to make us feel better with her warm hugs and kisses. She had a love for animals. She loved traveling with her husband Ron. They loved traveling by car so that they could see the country. She enjoyed dancing and camping. As we grew up and had our own families, we loved having long conversations on the phone. She was great at giving advice and helping to solve problems. Our mother was not just an amazing mom to us, she was a best friend. Ellen was always a caring and passionate person and showed interest in her family and the people around her. She will be greatly missed.
