Elizabeth Ann Ferris ("Ann"), born to late parents Jean Ferris (Gillette) and Livingston Polk Ferris II on January 16, 1945 in Norwalk, Connecticut, passed away in Littleton, Colorado on October 6, 2026 at the age of 81. She is survived by her sons David Beazley and Mark Beazley from ex-spouse Phillip Beazley and her younger brother Livingston (Tony) Ferris III. She was an older sister to the late Margaret (Peggy) Meyer.

Ann cherished her role as homemaker and loved, above all else, being involved in the lives of various nieces, nephews, cousins, and children of the Ferris and Gillette families, as well as the lives of grandsons Thomas and Lewis from David's marriage to Paula Kamen. If there was an important event, she would always try to be there. If there was an unimportant event, she still wanted to know all about it--so that she could tell others. And if there were any pictures, you could almost guarantee that they were later going to be featured in a creative photo album. Ann loved following and documenting family.

In her own words, Ann once wrote:

"I look for the best in people and find that life is much easier because I expect things to turn out well, rather than worrying that they won't."

"I get a large charge out of every day ho hum things. I can find the fascinating in the most mundane. There is always something to learn."

These words capture Ann's inner soul and reflect how she'd want to be remembered.
