Edward James ""Eddie"" Zupancic

Survived by his wife of 66 years Lucille, along with his children, Carol Rondinelli, Dale Zupancic, Dean Zupancic, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation for family and friends will be held on 10/5/ 15 at 6 pm at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Funeral services will be held on 10/6/15 at 9:30 am at Notre Dame Catholic Church on 2190 S. Sheridan Blvd. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Mother Cabrini Shrine.
