Edward Salvatore Stashi (Stacci) 01/27/32 - 12/13/14 82 years of age Ed was born in Fort Bend, Montana to Aagote Matilda Ronning and Salvatore Venitzia Stashi. Ed had 7 brothers and 2 sisters. He attended High School and College in Great Falls, Montana and received a College Degree as an Accountant. Ed Stashi was a very loving man and loved by all. Ed enjoyed reading and playing his guitar and singing the old time Country Western Songs. His favorite artist was Jim Reeves. He was a member of Northglenn Elks Lodge 2438 for many years, where he was the Lodge Secretary for many of those years and a past ER. He spent many hours helping out with Bingo for the Lodge for several years. He volunteered his time to his Church assisting in Saturday Evening Services. Ed was preceded in death by his loving wife, Liz. While Ed and Liz did not have any children of their own, they did raise Pomeranian Show Dogs. Ed was a man of many talents. In his early years Ed served in the Military, US Army, from August 1950 to May 1958. Ed had a great sense of Humor. If you ever wanted to hear a joke, Ed was your guy. His career took many turns. He was a Radio Announcer and Disc Jockey, owned and ran a Chevron station. He even was a dance instructor at Arthur Murray. But when he retired it was from Honnen Equipment better known as John Deere in Colorado. Ed was a very loyal and true friend to all who knew him. Ed did have three children from his first marriage, a son, Smiley Stacci (Roxie) and daughter, Tianna. He was preceded in death by his eldest son, Jerry. To date he has 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, Jasmine, Brittainy, Crystal and Ginger. Also 5 great grandchildren Juda, KayLee, Logan, Korrik, and Curtis Ray, with a sixth on the way. In Lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Ed's name to: Northglenn Elks #2438 Memorial Fund 10969 Irma Drive, Northglenn, CO 80233 Visitation will be Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton. Recitation of the Rosary will be Monday, December 22, 2014 at 10 AM followed by Funerall Mass at 10:30 AM, both at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 11385 Grant Drive, Northglenn.
