Dorothy Sue (Susan) Whitaker Akin Born Nov. 4, 1926-Died Feb. 4, 2011. She married James F. Akin in 1946 in Chattanooga, TN. Her life as a military wife led to many lifelong friends and her love of travel. ""The journey has been fabulous"". Susan is survived by two daughters & four grandchildren. Donations may be made to Denver Dumb Friends League. Services pending.
