Doris is survived by husband John; children Debbie (Bill) Walker, Pamela, Judy (Tim) Gierke, Bruce, Robert, Sean (Denise), Patrick (Marla); and nine grandchildren. Private Funeral Mass, Tuesday, August 10, 2010, 11:00 AM, St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 South Quebec Street, in Centennial, Colorado. Committal service follows at 1:00 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Area ""A"", 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, in Denver, Colorado. Donations may be made to Samaritan House, 2301 Lawrence Street, Denver, Colorado 80205.
