Donna J. Evans passed away on April 7, 2025 at the age of 94. Donna was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on April 25, 1930, the first child of Farel L. and Doraleah Hyland. She married Bruce L. Evans in 1953 and they moved to Denver in 1957 after Bruce finished law school and served in the Air Force. Together they had three children, Susan Evans, Thomas (Lori) Evans and Jeffrey (Lois) Evans. Donna is predeceased by her brother James Hyland and is survived by her brother Joe Hyland and her sister Susan Block. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Alexandra Rae Evans and Grant Thomas Evans. Donna was beloved by her many friends in Colorado and Nebraska, as well as many nieces and nephews. Donna and Bruce were avid sports fans and enjoyed traveling the world with friends and acquaintances. Finally, Donna was a longtime member of First Plymouth Congregational Church and enjoyed giving back to First Plymouth and many other charitable organizations.
