Donna Marie Dupont lived a life filled with curiosity, adventure, laughter, and a fierce love for her family and friends. She died on September 25, 2026 at the age of 77.

Donna lit up every room she walked into, and was one of the most kind-hearted souls you could have had the fortune to meet. Donna was many things; a world traveler, a devout Roman Catholic (and Notre Dame fan), a creative spirit with a wicked sense of humor, but more importantly she was a loving friend, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and even great grandmother. As an Air Force “brat” and spouse, she lived in thirteen states, Germany and England, which held a special place in her heart. Whatever she did in life she did sincerely and fiercely, and nothing demonstrated that more than her relationships with family, friends and God.

Prayed and watched over by family, she passed peacefully surrounded by her sister, daughter and grandson. While this is certainly a sad event, solace can be taken that Donna is free and no longer in pain. She has been welcomed into heaven by her parents, John Poe Crider, Jr and Celina (LaFleur) Crider, her husband, Charles C. Dupont, extended family and friends including many 4-legged friends.

Donna is survived by her daughter Christine Dupont-Patz, grandson Zachary Patz (Rawa Abu Alsamah), 3 great-grandchildren; and her 6 siblings, Cynthia Crider, Sharon (George) Voida, Audrey Crider Willis, John (Jo) Crider, Mark Crider and Mary Crider.

It was Donna's last wish that she be remembered not with sorrow, but with joy in the remembrance of the wonderful, diverse and intricate life that she lived and touched so many of us with. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Mass will be held at Horan & McConaty (1091 Colorado Blvd. Denver CO) on Friday, October 2nd, 2026 10am. This will be live streamed for those who cannot attend.

Graveside service will be at National Memorial Cementary (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd. Phoenix, AZ) on Monday Oct 5th at 11 am.
