Donald E. Stromstad, 83, passed away April 8, 2009. Beloved husband of Elsie for 56 years; loving father of Donna K. (Ed) Carey and Pamela G. Ianni ; proud grandfather of Kenton E. (Stephanie) Hanson, Kimberly J. Cleary, Anthony D. Ianni, Dino J. Ianni and Hannah E. Carey; brother of the late Emmit B. (Inez) Stromstad, Allen R. (Alice) Stromstad, Beverly I. (Douglas) Zehrung and Curtis L. (Anne) Stromstad. Visitation Monday, April 13, 5-8 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora. Committal Service Tuesday, April 14, 11:15 AM, Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area ""C"", with Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 PM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2400 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver, 80222. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Scholarship Fund.
