Dolores "Cathy" Catalina Lopez

Dolores Catalina Lopez, age 87, Denver, Colorado passed away peacefully on July 25th 2026. Born in Model, Colorado. Moved to Denver where she met her husband Robert Lopez. They were married in September 1957 at Sacred Heart Church in Denver, CO. They were married for 36 years before Robert’s passing. She preferred to be called Cathy.

Cathy was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lopez. She is survived by her sons Christoper Lopez, Michael Lopez, Eric Lopez, Shawn Lopez and ten grandchildren Natalie Lopez, Matthew Lopez, Jaymeson Lopez, Shayne Lopez, Lorenzo Lopez, Faustin Lopez, Amalia Lopez, Cathy McNeill, Erica Evans and Robert Lopez. She is survived by one sibling Lee Nuanes, several nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Memorial services will be held on August 20th, 2026 11:00 am at Horan & McConaty 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80227. Burial services will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery 4400 W. Kenyon Ave. Denver, CO 80236.

A meal will be served for all at the Skylines of Denver, 158 S. Federal Blvd. after burial services.
