Diana Guenzler, a radiant soul whose creativity and love touched countless lives, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025. Born to Robert Hurley and Shirley Hurley (deceased), Diana leaves behind a legacy of warmth, artistry, and unbreakable family bonds.
She was the beloved wife of Donald Guenzler, married for 48 years, and the devoted mother of Lisa Collier, married to Frank Collier. Her twin brother, Brian Hurley, and his wife, Terry Hurley, survive her, along with their children: Brian Hurley; Stephany Posley, married to Tim Posley; Shannon Schumacher; Scott Schumacher; and Sara Brubaker, married to Aaron Brubaker.
Diana was a creative force whose talents knew no bounds. She hosted fabulous parties that brought joy and laughter to all who attended. Her oil paintings captured beauty with every stroke, while her elaborate scrapbooks preserved cherished memories in intricate detail. A master seamstress, she crafted everything from clothing and curtains to whimsical Halloween costumes. As the family historian, Diana could quote facts with astonishing accuracy, never needing to consult a book.
Her entrepreneurial spirit shone through Blooming Sweets, her candy bouquet business, where her imaginative designs delighted customers and showcased her boundless creativity. Diana was a passionate cook, drawing inspiration from her vast collection of hundreds of recipe books to create meals that nourished both body and soul.
An adventurer at heart, Diana loved to travel, explore the outdoors on ATV rides, and embark on RVing journeys with her loved ones. Above all, she was a devoted grandparent whose love for her family was the cornerstone of her life.
Diana’s vibrant spirit, generosity, and artistic legacy will live on in the hearts of those she loved. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
