Dian Rebecca Hoff, aged 60, passed away on October 2, 2024, in Parker, Colorado. Dian was born in Reno, Nevada, on October 24, 1963, the fifth of six children. She attended Reed High School and later graduated from the University of Nevada.
Dian was vibrant and joyful, her energy lighting up every room she entered. Known for her loving nature and beautiful smile, she deeply loved life, music, and her faith. An accomplished soprano with an exceptional voice, Dian sang with the Nevada Opera, various church choirs, and Christmas pageants and programs.
Dian's life was a testament to her nurturing spirit. She worked in various roles, including at Panera Bread, a daycare, as a nanny, and for Maid Pro, always bringing immense joy and care to every aspect of her life. Her dedication as a mother to her boys was unparalleled, and her love for her family was unwavering.
Dian was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served in the German-Swiss mission and pursued her passion for family history. Her love for Jesus Christ was evident in her home as she devoted time to scripture study and strived to embody His teachings.
Dian's funeral services will be held at the LDS church at 20850 E Main Street, Parker, CO, on Monday, October 7th. A viewing will be held between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm, followed by her funeral at 1:00pm. All who wish to pay their respects are welcome to attend. Dian leaves behind her loving husband, Randy Hoff; sons, David (Jayce), Kevin (I'Asiah), and Eric (Erin); brother, Mark (Colleen) Coates; and sisters, Meg Gray, Linda (Don) James, and Adel (Mike) Pfeil. Her 14 nieces and nephews also enriched her life. Dian was preceded in death by her parents, David and Ethel Coates, and her brother, Neal Coates.
Dian's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her legacy will continue to inspire those she loved.
