Derek Jacoby, of Denver, passed away on July 11, 2014. A Visitation will take place on Friday, July 18, from 10:30 am - 11:30 am, followed by the Recitation of the Rosary at 11:30 am and the Funeral Mass 12:00 noon all at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 7595 Federal Boulevard in Westminster. The Burial will follow the Funeral Mass at 2:00 pm at Highland Cemetery. Please share your memories of Derek and condolences with his family by signing the guestbook below.
