Denise Allen Spiroff

Sunday afternoon, with her Colorado family present, we lost Denise to a 2-week battle with lung disease complications and cancer. Denise referred to herself as a quintessential interior decorator and a domestic goddess. She loved her family, her dogs Willie and Waylon, her book club, walking group and Red Hats club; and her husband of 26 years of marriage, Mark; with the last 20 years in her dream mountain home atop Doubleheader Mountain where she also loved her mountain life in Conifer, Colorado. She is survived by her husband Mark Spiroff, her daughter Christa Miller, three granddaughters; Britney Miller, Amber Miller and Nicole Miller (all in Aurora, Colorado) and her great-granddaughters Laila and Bailey, and numerous close relatives in the Boise, Idaho area including her mother Jennifer Shillington; sisters Shawna Steinwinter (Bruce), Julie Mays (Kevin), Kayla Moore (Leo) and numerous special relatives across Idaho and special friends in Colorado and Florida. 

Denise was cremated and no gravesite service will be performed. A memorial service and celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 24th at 2 pm at the Lakewood location of the Horan & McConaty Funeral Service at 3101 S.
