Denise Darlene Scott

Denise Darlene Scott passed into the loving hands of our savior on September 6, 2024 at 6:45 in the morning.  She is at peace after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes.  

Denise was a graduate of the University of Colorado, Denver, majoring in History.  Institute of  American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, majoring in Museum Studies and graduate of the Belray Veterinarian School, she loved animals and pottery.

Denise was preceded in death by her father, Curtis.  She is survived by her mother, Rosemary, her brothers Dwayne (Janet) Scott, Darrell (Shelley) Scott, and David Scott.  She is also survived by her nephew Derek Scott, and niece Alysia Scott and great-niece Robin Scott, and her Uncle, George Scott.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 8:00 in the morning, followed by a Funeral Service at 9:00 and a Reception at 10:00 in the morning.  Services will be held at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood.
