Demetrios was born in Greece, and he was very proud of his Greek Heritage. When he came to The United States he took interest in painting and followed in his uncle George’s footsteps to become a professional painter. Demetrios also had a very strong love for cars , Harleys but above all his faith in god. He was always a very positive person, enjoyed playing cards with friends, driving, and listening to music . He truly enjoyed life.
Demetrios was preceded in death by his parents, Nickolaos and Adriana Tsilepis. He is survived by his sister, Katina (Pete) Gatseos; his nephew, Nick (Jennifer) Gatseos and family, his niece, Vaseleke Gatseos and family, as well as many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins here and in Greece.
Makaria (luncheon) to follow graveside service at the cathedral.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Demetrios honor to the Brotherhood of Saint George Monastery in Denver. 361 Forest St, Denver, CO 80220
