Delores W. Jovene

After living with primary Amyloidosis for almost 7 years, Delores passed away suddenly and peacefully in Boulder on July 5, 2016. Born in Brooklyn, NY on January 31, 1940, and married to Nick Jovene, Jr. for over 54 years, in 1978 they moved with their family from New York to Greeley. A devoted and beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend she loved to spend time with family, garden, and travel. She is survived by her sister Evelyn Farnan of Ormond Beach, Florida, daughter and son-in law Debbie and Rick Ritter, daughter Peggy Norris, daughter Christine Jovene, son and daughter-in-law Nick, III and Tami Jovene. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Alyssa and Brent Ritter, Merideth and Caroline Norris, and Gianna and Samantha Martin. A memorial service for Delores will be held on Friday, July 22nd at 12:00 PM at Horan and McConaty, 1091 Colorado Blvd, Denver.
