David passed away on August 9, 2018 in Denver, Colorado. He is survived by his wife Marilyn, son Dalan Richard (Nancy), daughter Danine (Michael) Duncan, grandchildren, Kathryn (Grant) Carter, Ashley Duncan, Nicholas (Alecia) Duncan, and Carolina (Brandon Lane) Jensen, and 1 great grandson, Braden Richard Lane. He is preceded in death by his parents, Meldon and Falba, brother Meldon Keith Jensen, and sister Carol Caster.
