Memorial Service Monday, 2:00PM Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gateway for Cancer Research, 1336 Basswood Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173.
